This Privacy Policy applies to the Texpura mobile application developed by Mikael Tenshio. Texpura also presents the app in the UI as Texpura Copy Cleaner.

Texpura includes:

• A main copy-cleaning screen with paste, clear, clean, and result actions
• Quick formatting tools for casing, spaces, empty lines, and line breaks
• Text counter views for characters, words, sentences, paragraphs, lines, and reading time
• Preset cleaning modes such as PDF, email, social-caption, office, and paragraph cleanup
• Settings for auto-copy, optional history saving, theme preference, and default cleaning mode

Texpura does not require account registration or use a custom developer-operated backend to receive the text you clean. Core text-processing logic runs locally in the app, and the current Android release does not require Internet permission, analytics, or advertising.

memory Local Processing and Device Storage

Texpura is designed so your text can be processed in the local app interface rather than sent to an online cleaning service.

The app stores several items locally on the device through app-private storage:

• Current input text and the latest cleaned output
• Saved history entries when the optional history feature is enabled
• Settings such as auto-copy, save-history preference, theme mode, and default cleaning mode
• Recent preset choices used for convenience on return visits

This means your current text and cleaned result may remain on the device for convenience even when you are not using the app. If history saving is turned off, the app stops adding new history items, but existing locally stored items remain until you delete them or clear app storage.

content_paste Clipboard and Sharing

Texpura includes clipboard and sharing features that are triggered by your actions or settings choices.

• Tapping the paste action may read plain text from your device clipboard
• Copy actions may place cleaned text or a selected history item into the clipboard
• If auto-copy is enabled, the cleaned result may be copied automatically after a cleanup action
• Share actions may pass cleaned text to the system share sheet or another app you choose

Once content is copied to the clipboard or shared into another app, it is then handled by your device, operating system, or the destination app you selected.

verified_user No Analytics, Ads, or Internet Permission

The current Android release does not declare Internet permission and does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, in-app purchases, or developer-operated cloud processing for your text.

Text cleanup, text statistics, settings, recent presets, and optional history are handled locally inside the app. Texpura does not send your pasted or cleaned text to a developer server for processing.

App stores and device operating systems may process routine technical information when you install, update, back up, or run apps. That platform-level handling is separate from Texpura's in-app text processing and local storage.

devices Permissions and Platform Features

• Local app storage - used for text state, history, settings, and recent presets
• Clipboard access - used when you paste, copy, or enable auto-copy behavior
• System sharing - used only when you choose to share cleaned text from the app

Texpura does not request Internet, camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, call log, calendar, notification, or media-library permissions for its core features.

delete Data Retention and Deletion

Local Texpura data generally remains on the device until you remove it from inside the app, clear device or browser storage where applicable, or uninstall the app.

• You can clear saved history from the app settings or history screen
• You can disable new history saving through the app settings
• You can remove all locally stored app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app

Clipboard contents and shared text are managed by your device or the destination app after you copy or share them.

Texpura is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-managed account or online collection flow for this app.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Texpura, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Permitted Use

Texpura is provided as a text-cleaning and formatting utility for lawful personal, educational, professional, and internal business use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Text Output Disclaimer

Texpura is designed to help clean, normalize, and reformat text more quickly, but it does not guarantee that every result will preserve your intended meaning, tone, layout, or formatting for every possible source document.

You are responsible for reviewing cleaned or transformed output before publishing, submitting, or relying on it in academic, legal, business, accessibility, or other sensitive contexts.

Clipboard, History, and Sharing Responsibility

You are responsible for content you paste into Texpura, content you choose to save in local history, and anything you copy or share from the app.

The developer is not responsible for clipboard exposure, destination-app handling, shared-device access, or loss of locally stored history caused by device settings, uninstallation, or user-initiated deletion.

Local Operation and Platform Features

Texpura is designed to work without account registration, Internet permission, or developer-operated text processing. Your use of the app may still involve device storage, keyboard, clipboard, share sheet, operating-system, and app-store behavior outside the developer's direct control.

Those features are governed by your device settings and the apps you choose.

Limitation of Liability

Texpura is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, as creator of the app, shall not be liable for transformed text output, publishing or sharing decisions, system clipboard behavior, local history loss, destination-app behavior, device issues, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use Texpura.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection, product liability, or other applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Texpura, including its branding, design, logo, original code, and related materials, is the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile the app except as allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Texpura after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
